By accessing and using K12 Learning Academy and all related services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on K12 Learning Academy for personal, non-commercial educational viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on K12 Learning Academy
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
• Use K12 Learning Academy for any automated data collection without explicit permission

3. Disclaimer

The materials on K12 Learning Academy are provided on an "as is" basis. K12 Learning Academy makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

4. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall K12 Learning Academy or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on K12 Learning Academy, even if K12 Learning Academy or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

5. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on K12 Learning Academy could include technical, typographical, or content errors. K12 Learning Academy does not warrant that any of the materials on K12 Learning Academy are accurate, complete, or current. K12 Learning Academy may make changes to the materials contained on K12 Learning Academy at any time without notice.

6. Materials and Content Ownership

The materials on K12 Learning Academy are owned by or licensed to K12 Learning Academy and are protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, republish, modify, translate, or create derivative works from the content without express written permission from K12 Learning Academy. Educational content is provided for learning purposes only.

7. Acceptable Use Restrictions

• In any manner that could damage, disable, or impair K12 Learning Academy or interfere with others' use
• To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of K12 Learning Academy
• To introduce viruses, worms, malware, or other harmful code
• To attempt unauthorized access to K12 Learning Academy systems
• To harass, threaten, embarrass, or cause distress to other users
• For any purpose other than learning and educational advancement

8. Paid Accounts and Billing

If you subscribe to a paid plan:

• You agree to pay the fees and charges associated with your selected plan
• Your subscription will renew automatically unless cancelled
• You are responsible for keeping payment information current and accurate
• Refund policies are detailed in your subscription agreement
• Parent account holders are responsible for all charges incurred

9. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You must notify K12 Learning Academy immediately of any unauthorized uses of your account. Parent and guardian users are responsible for monitoring their children's account usage and ensuring appropriate use.

10. Termination

K12 Learning Academy may terminate or suspend your account and access to our Service at any time, for any reason, without prior notice or liability, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

K12 Learning Academy may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By continuing to use K12 Learning Academy, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service. For material changes, we will provide notice to users via email or prominent notice on our platform.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.
