Accessing Analytics
- Go to School Dashboard
- Click "School Analytics" card or navigate to School > Analytics
- Select your desired time range (7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or 1 year)
Overview Statistics
The top cards show key metrics:Total Students: Number of enrolled students
- Shows active students this week
- Calculate engagement rate
- Per student average shown below
- Number of quizzes completed
- Per student average in minutes
- Total Teachers and student-to-teacher ratio
- Badges Earned school-wide
- Total XP Earned across all students
Activity Tab
The Activity tab shows engagement over time:Daily Activity Chart:
- Stacked area chart showing lessons and quizzes

- Monitor engagement consistency
