School Analytics Dashboard Guide

Understand and use the School Analytics Dashboard for performance insights.

Accessing Analytics

1. Go to School Dashboard
2. Click "School Analytics" card or navigate to School > Analytics
3. Select your desired time range (7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or 1 year)

Overview Statistics

The top cards show key metrics:

Total Students: Number of enrolled students

• Shows active students this week
• Calculate engagement rate

Lessons Completed: Total lessons finished

• Per student average shown below

Average Quiz Score: School-wide quiz performance

• Number of quizzes completed

Study Time: Total learning time

• Per student average in minutes

Additional metrics:

• Total Teachers and student-to-teacher ratio
• Badges Earned school-wide
• Total XP Earned across all students

Activity Tab

The Activity tab shows engagement over time:

Daily Activity Chart:

• Stacked area chart showing lessons and quizzes
• Track learning volume trends
• Identify peak activity periods

Active Students Chart:

• Line chart showing daily active users
• Monitor engagement consistency
• Spot declining activity early

By Grade Tab

Analyze performance across grade levels:

Students by Grade Level:

• Bar chart showing distribution
• Identify grade level sizes

Average Score by Grade:

• Compare performance across grades
• Spot grades needing attention

Grade Level Details Table:

• Students per grade
• Average score with color coding
• Lessons completed
• Active rate with progress bar

By Subject Tab

Compare subject performance:

Subject Distribution:

• Pie chart showing student enrollment
• Understand subject popularity

Subject Performance:

• Horizontal bar chart of average scores
• Compare subject difficulty

Subject Details Table:

• Students enrolled

Teachers Tab

Monitor teacher effectiveness:

Time Range Selection

Choose the right time range:

• 7 days: Recent snapshot, daily patterns
• 30 days: Monthly trends, short-term progress
• 90 days: Quarterly review, seasonal patterns
• 1 year: Annual overview, long-term trends
